This policy explains what happens to the details you give us when you pre-register interest in a Coffee Bean Junkies™ territory.
Who we are
TO BE CONFIRMED: the legal entity acting as data controller, its registered address, chamber-of-commerce number and contact address for privacy questions.
Coffee Bean Junkies™ is operated by Lubies Factory B.V.
What we collect
When you submit the territory pre-registration form we collect only what that form asks for: your email address, the country you select, the territory you name, and the territory type you choose.
Our hosting and email providers additionally process technical data such as your IP address and browser user-agent as part of delivering the site and preventing abuse.
Why we use it
To contact you about your territory interest and about the Coffee Bean Junkies™ licence programme before it opens publicly.
TO BE CONFIRMED with counsel: the lawful basis relied on under the GDPR — consent given at submission, or legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Who else sees it
Your submission is delivered to us by email through Resend (Resend Inc.), and this site is hosted on Sevalla with the form endpoint running on Cloudflare.
TO BE CONFIRMED: the full processor list, the data-processing agreements in place with each, and any transfers outside the EEA together with the safeguards relied on.
How long we keep it
TO BE CONFIRMED: a definite retention period for pre-registration enquiries, and what happens to them if the licence programme does not launch.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict our use of it, ask for a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time.
